Counselling
Our CEO Liz has developed a pilot project to offer counselling for girls who need some 1-2-1 therapeutic support but who aren’t able to access it elsewhere.
Initially just a small number of counselling sessions are available each week. They are free of charge and can be offered on a short or long-term basis.
Some sessions are provided through schools and others take place in our cosy ‘front room’ in a community venue close to our offices.
Liz is a newly qualified integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (Level 6) and has also completed training to become a Child & Adolescent Counsellor (Level 5/6).
She is in the process of completing her clinical hours and final accreditation. She is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and works under their ethical framework.
